Refund and cancellation policy

WorthRange is free to use and takes no payments at present. There is nothing to be charged for, so there is nothing to refund. The terms below are the policy that applies to any paid feature introduced in future, and to anything you believe you have been charged for in the meantime.

The current position

Every feature on this site is available without payment. We do not ask for card details, we do not operate a trial that converts into a subscription, and there is no stored payment method on any account. Daily usage allowances exist to control the cost of the AI providers behind the service, not as a paywall with a price attached.

If you have been charged by anyone claiming to be WorthRange, that charge did not come from us. Contact your bank or card issuer, and please also tell us at [email protected] so we can look into it.

If paid features are introduced

Should a paid plan launch, the following applies and will be restated at the point of purchase before any payment is taken.

• Fourteen days to change your mind. A full refund is available within 14 days of the first payment on a new subscription, whether or not the service has been used in that period.
• Cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Access continues until then, and no cancellation fee is charged.
• Renewals. After the first 14 days, a renewal that has already been taken is not automatically refunded, but a renewal you did not intend — because a cancellation failed, or a reminder was not received — will be refunded on request.
• Service faults. If a paid feature does not work as described, or the service is unavailable for an extended period, a refund or a credit will be given for the affected time regardless of how long ago the payment was made.
• Duplicate and mistaken charges. Refunded in full, always, with no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on the account, or write through the contact page. Include the date of the charge and the amount; the last four digits of the card help if the email address does not match the account. We aim to reply within two business days and to decide within five.

Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method. How quickly the money reappears is set by your bank or card issuer rather than by us, and typically takes between five and ten business days after we issue it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you. Where that law gives you a stronger right than the terms above, the law applies.

Before you consider a chargeback

Please contact us first. Almost every disputed charge is a misunderstanding that takes one email to resolve, and we would rather refund you directly than have both of us go through a card dispute. We do not contest legitimate refund requests.
